You Break Through

Great overall experience, from very knowledgeable and skillful dentist to assistant. Had 2 new crowns installed in same seating. Also, dentistry has state of the art dental equipment.

This dental office is relatively new to Escondido, but I saw positive reviews so decided to give it a try. SO HAPPY I DID! The office itself is so clean, modern interior & equipment, and accommodating. The staff were all so kind, knowledgeable and helpful too. Office manager Patty helped me before I came in and answered my questions about procedures/insurance. The assistants Rebecca and Serenity were also professional and personable! And of course Dr. Maria was amazing. She took the time to explain everything I needed done, checked in throughout my procedure, and thoroughly explained how to take care of my teeth and gums afterwards. I felt welcome and well-cared for. I left smiling and I look forward to my future appointments here.

Where do I even start? I had a failed root canal and went to another dentist to have it reopened and redone. A few days later, I was in the worst pain I’ve ever been in. I finally told them I was done and just wanted the tooth pulled, but they weren’t able to do it, so they referred me to Escondido Modern Dentistry. From the first phone call, Patty was amazing. She got me in on short notice and made sure I got the help I needed. I ended up having the tooth extracted, and even though my healing has been a little rough, every time I’ve called with a question or concern, Patty has gotten me back in to make sure everything was okay. That meant a lot to me. I also want to thank Angel for taking such good care of me. He was always kind, understanding, and made me feel comfortable every time I was there. Thank you to everyone at Escondido Modern Dentistry, but especially Patty and Angel. Going through all of this wasn’t easy, but you guys made a stressful situation a whole lot better. I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me.
